If i was going to pay for it i would not, but i got it for free with a pocket knife so it’s ok.

Very handy light source – bright, less bright and flashing modes. Red and white logo parted company after a few months.

This mini LED light is the brightest I’ve ever had, and it really does throw a usable light about 50′. I am particularly fond of the fact that it will shut itself off automatically after 4 minutes, because I’ve had other small LED lites that would come on accidentally and consume the batteries before I realized that they were on.
This particular product has a high setting (super bright), a low setting, and a strobe setting for the light that will operate continuously. It also has a setting that will cause the switch to be pressure sensitive, meaning that the light will only remain on as long as the switch is being pressed. And it comes with a hook that can be used to hang the lite from a belt or just a belt loop, a ‘D’ ring, a keychain, or even a zipper on a jacket.
This lite would be just about perfect if there was an S.O.S. setting that would work like in a manner similar to the strobe, except that instead of flashing at regular intervals, it would flash in a series of short and long blinks that would clearly present an S.O.S. signal to anyone who might observe it and detect that pattern.

AWESOME product. Admittedly, I tend to gravitate towards gadgets like this, but this is a very worthwhile purchase. Compact, lightweight, handy, very bright, multiple settings. I’m very happy with this purchase. Hope to see it back in stock soon for gift purposes.

excellent item. but I was fooled… the LED is on the back. Never point directly to your eyes when testing it. Nothing more to say. EXCELLENT.
