Great knife. It didn’t cost too much. Comes in handy when you want to quickly open your online packages.

The pioneer offers the most useful tools in a compact, sturdy package that is great for EDC. If it had the tweezers and toothpick too, I would say that it was perfect. As it is, I just carry this in my pocket and keep a 58mm SAK on my keychain, which has the tweezers and toothpick. The awl on this tool is far superior to the awl on the SAK’s with plastic handles. For the money this tool is very tough to beat.

This is an excellent Swiss Army knife. Just the right size and weight. Very nice large blade. I especially like the lanyard ring for attaching it to my fishing vest.

The aluminum handles look good even with wear, and there’s nothing on the knife to fall apart (unlike the red plastic SA knives). The high-polish stainless steel blade is easy to sharpen to a shaving edge, although it does require more frequent re-sharpening than a Buck knife for example. The design is clean and sleek and it fits nicely in a front pocket.
