I pretty much knew (from research on the web) what the knife was and what it would do. Wenger is a well known name in Swiss Army Knives, and well respected for their quality and performance. But, of course, having the actual product in one’s hands makes all the difference.
I was well pleased with the product when it arrived. It was exactly what I wanted and just the size I was looking for. However, the thing that pleased me the most was the service. Both Amazon and the company delivering the product (partnered with Amazon) made the experience pleasant for me. The price was right, and the delivery time was VERY acceptable.

I got mine as an aniversary gift 12 years ago….. has worked great, except the cover came off the in the last year on one side. Looking to upgrade because I get it caught on things where the cover was.
